By accessing or using Stedrok ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

Stedrok provides an automated stock screening and ranking tool based on value investing principles.

Not Personal Advice

Stedrok is NOT:

  • Financial advice or professional investment recommendations
  • A guarantee of stock performance
  • A substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Stedrok Pro ($3/month) is billed monthly via PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4.2 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via Account Settings. Takes effect at end of current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds.

4.3 Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of first payment. Email contact@stedrok.org.

5. Free Tier

The free tier provides 3 randomly selected stocks daily. Stedrok may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, algorithms, and branding are owned by Stedrok. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

YOU USE STEDROK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • Stedrok is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • Past patterns do not guarantee future results
  • We are not liable for investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions
  • Always verify information with official sources before trading

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Do not hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Do not share account credentials
  • Do not use bots or automated tools to access the Service
  • Do not harass other users

9. Termination

Stedrok may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes communicated via email. Continued use = acceptance.
