Please read these Terms carefully. By using Stedrok, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stedrok ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use this Service.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirement: Stedrok is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using this Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Service Availability: Stedrok may not be appropriate or available in all countries or jurisdictions. We reserve the right to limit availability of the Service in certain regions. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws.

3. Service Description

Stedrok provides an automated stock screening and ranking tool based on value investing principles.

Not Personal Advice

Stedrok is NOT:

  • Financial advice or professional investment recommendations
  • A guarantee of stock performance
  • A substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

5. Data and Third-Party Services

Stedrok uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, payment processing, and data delivery. These include Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (content delivery), GitHub Pages (website hosting), and PayPal (payment processing). Your data may be stored and processed on servers located in multiple regions, including outside of Australia. By using Stedrok, you acknowledge and consent to this arrangement. 6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Billing

Stedrok Pro ($5/month) is billed monthly via PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If we increase our subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised price.

6.2 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via Account Settings. Takes effect at end of current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds.

6.3 Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of first payment. Email contact@stedrok.org.

7. Free Tier

The free tier provides 3 top-ranked stocks from the current daily list. These are labelled “BUY” in the platform as an internal algorithmic ranking classification only — this label is not a personal investment recommendation or offer to buy any security. We intend to keep a free tier available long-term. If we materially change free-tier availability, we will provide notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, methodology, algorithms, and branding are owned by Stedrok. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

9. Limitations of Liability

YOU USE STEDROK AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEDROK EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY FOR INVESTMENT LOSSES.
  • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical scores, rankings, or patterns do not guarantee future investment outcomes
  • We are not liable for investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions
  • Always verify information with official sources before making any investment decision
  • We exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages
  • To the extent liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts paid to Stedrok in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) AUD $10.00

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Do not hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Do not share account credentials
  • Do not use bots or automated tools to access the Service
  • Do not harass other users

11. Termination

By Stedrok: We may suspend or terminate your account for material violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice. If terminated by us without cause, any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining billing period will be refunded.

By You: You may cancel at any time via Account Settings. You retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period. No partial-period refunds apply except as stated in the 30-day money-back guarantee (Section 6.3).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the effective date.

We typically respond within one business day. For urgent account matters, include your registered email address in your message.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other non-excludable statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of having the Service resupplied.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stedrok regarding the Service and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of subsequent or continuing breaches.
