How Does the Free Tier Work?
Create an account and get instant access to 3 BUY-rated stocks from the current daily list. There's no credit card required and no expiry date. We intend to keep a free tier available long-term, and if that policy changes we will provide notice.
Can I Cancel My Pro Subscription Anytime?
Yes. You can cancel online at any time from your Account Settings page or directly through PayPal. There are no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
All PayPal payment methods are supported: credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. Payments are securely processed by PayPal using industry-standard encryption. Stedrok never sees or stores your card details.
When Will I Be Charged?
Your first charge occurs immediately when you subscribe. Subsequent charges occur on the same day each month (e.g., if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of every month). You'll receive an email receipt for each payment.
What If My Payment Fails?
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry for 3 days. You'll receive an email notification asking you to update your payment method. Your account will remain active during this grace period. If payment isn't resolved after 3 days, your account reverts to the free tier.
What Happens If I Cancel?
Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. You keep your account, saved preferences, and historical data. You just lose access to the full ranked daily stock list and premium features.
Can I Get a Refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email us at contact@stedrok.org for a full refund. We typically process refunds within 3 business days. After the 30-day window, no refunds are issued except for documented billing errors.
Do You Offer Annual Billing or Discounts?
Currently we only offer monthly billing at $5/month. We keep pricing simple and transparent. There are no annual plans, no enterprise tiers, and no promotional discounts. Everyone pays the same fair price.
What Is AI Hybrid?
AI Hybrid is a separate research process available to Pro members alongside the standard Core view. It takes shortlisted companies through an AI-assisted validation step, cross-checking data against live external sources and current context before results are published. It is designed to catch discrepancies and stale data that a purely rules-based model may not detect.
AI Hybrid runs independently from Core and does not alter Core ratings. It is currently in beta, and not all Core results will carry a corresponding AI Hybrid result at all times.
Pro members also get StedrokGPT Equity Research Lab. Research Lab may be stricter than Core or AI Hybrid because it applies additional structural hard-stop checks and can suppress forward projections when data integrity checks fail.
What If Data or the Service Is Unavailable?
Stedrok updates data 2x daily when market data feeds are available. We do not offer a formal service-level agreement (SLA) or guarantee of uninterrupted availability. In the event of extended downtime or a significant data delay we will notify affected Pro subscribers by email and, where appropriate, extend subscription periods. Individual gaps for a single stock do not constitute a service failure. Contact contact@stedrok.org if you experience persistent issues.

No. Stedrok is a stock research platform. The scores and ratings are model outputs based on historical data and public information. They are designed for screening and research, not for automatic buy or sell decisions. Always consider your own objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance.
